Movement as Medicine is an equipment-free, calisthenics-based class focused on everyday strength, mobility, and ease. Simple practices you can take anywhere. With a B.S. in Kinesiology & Health and over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, he has worked with everyone from collegiate and professional athletes to people just starting their fitness journey, busy professionals, and older adults.
