It was an honor to help tell the story of as part of their Community Spotlight series.

Fighting Back is an inspiring organization in Malvern, PA that helps people who have suffered life threatening illnesses and injuries reclaim their life through fitness and community support.

On a personal note it was nice for and I to flex our non-cheesesteak-content-creator Video Production muscles a little bit…and for me to swing by my old stomping ground at to grab lunch for the crew :)

We’ve been turning conference rooms into interview sets at for over 10 years now. We continue to be grateful for the opportunity to shine a light on the incredible employees that make up this world-renowned organization. And for those scoring at home, the Levy Conference Room at was one of our favorite conference rooms to date :)

If you’re curious, the metrics by which we judge this sort of thing are ease of load-in (10/10), spaciousness (10/10) and the ability to control ambient light (8.5/10). Bonus points were awarded for the bottled water, scones and doughnuts that were waiting for us upon arrival :) All in all, 9.7/10 experience. Pretty wild to spend the day shooting interviews related to America’s 250th anniversary in a room steeped with history and still be home in time for dinner. Carpenters Hall was the site of the First Continental Congress, home to Ben Franklin’s Library and, as it turns out, a pretty cool place to shoot interviews 250 years later. Only downside is there is no elevator for loading gear to the 2nd floor library :)

Got a chance to walk down to the Toronto waterfront this morning and do a little journaling. Thinking about all the places I’ve gotten to go because of my job in video production. The people I’ve gotten to work with, the moments I’ve been able to capture, the cities I’ve visited (and the hotels I would never be able to afford to stay in if the client wasn’t putting me up lol).

5-15-25 is kind of an interesting date. I’m ruminating on it as it relates to progression and incremental growth. 5….15… 25…

Most of my life I’ve assumed “growth” meant “more”, but now I wonder if it’s not about something else entirely. Things like gratitude, presence and perspective.

I’m grateful to have a job I don’t hate. I’m grateful for the clients who continue to hire me. I’m grateful for the talented crew I get to work with. I’m grateful for my wife/life partner who holds down the fort when I’m traveling for work.

After years of spreading myself too thin, things are starting to come into focus. I’m currently looking for someone to take over the lease on the rental studio at Bok (let me know if you know someone!) and I’m going to be focusing on my corporate and event-video work as well as documentary projects.

The mewithoutYou “End of the End” Director’s Cuts are coming out next year. I’ve dusted off the Cheesesteak City project for the umpteenth (and final!) time. I have a good book of repeat corporate clients. Life is good.

Time keeps marching on, but I’m stopping to smell the roses.

Philadelphia’s City Hall is the largest municipal building in the country and the largest free-standing masonry building IN THE WORLD, but today it was happy to just be a pretty sweet backdrop for an executive interview 🎥 🏙️ ☀️

Great to be back at the Union League with Newspring Capital for their Annual Meeting. Events like this are always a great opportunity to capture testimonial interviews while folks are in town! 2️⃣🦜, 1️⃣🪨

Another is in the books. Philly really showed out and this was the biggest year yet! 🎥 🏃‍♂️ 🥊

Grateful to work with and on a beautiful fall morning on the parkway. And extra special that the legend graciously let me geek out and take a selfie 💚 🦅 💚
