Draw the Lines PA

Draw the Lines (DTL) is a civic education and engagement competition that launched in spring 2018. More than 7,200 citizen mappers helped complete 1,500 maps.

In 2018, the Committee of Seventy launched Draw the Lines, a statewide civic education initiative for Pennsylvanians to bring transparency and engagement to redistricting.
