Open Hearts is a favorite for so many because of the incredible people who are a part of it➡️staff, volunteers, and guests alike! 🙌🏽 Each and every member of the Operations team, under the remarkable and impactful leadership of our Director of Operations and Outreach works diligently to serve hundreds of our neighbors every week experiencing housing and food insecurities💗

👏🏽Another great Sidewalk Sale that raised almost $1,100 for our Open Hearts Cafe meal, clothing, and daily snack and coffee ministries 👚☕️🍪
🌟Thank you to each and every team member from clergy and staff—lots of love and shout out to Robyn, John, and Shawn—to our incredible volunteers Irina, Stacie, and Emily for making this sale happen🥰

🚨Reminder: Sidewalk Sale today from 11 am till 2 pm 👚👟 on church front steps 🌟
🌱We are a church bursting with life, stop by our front steps and you’ll notice it immediately! Our Operations team and Rector had a great time putting up our banner to welcome the teams coming for ⚽️ and today, we’ll be welcoming hundreds of people shopping for discounted clothing and accessories👖👗, all of which will support our meal, snack, and clothing ministries 🥰 Come on by!

💜Our community is made up of so many volunteers that give their all to making a difference! Greg from Philly donated dozens of sneakers, clothing items, and hygiene products.
🤔Our Dir. of Operations and Outreach asked Greg why he decided to donate sneakers 👟
👏🏽Greg’s response, “Everybody has to walk in someone’s footsteps.”

Our Operations team worked on getting a new banner up today 🌍 We’re a welcoming community, from serving hundreds of neighbors every week experiencing homelessness and food insecurity through our program 🥰 to championing all the players and tourists visiting for ⚽️🏟️ bringing their A-game for the love of soccer 💗

🚨Shout out to our for a SUPER successful Sidewalk + Men’s Blowout Suit sale 👗👔🧥 which raised a total of $4,500! All of this will support the clothing and meal outreach ministry serving our vulnerable neighbors 💓 Thank you to Director for all her tremendous work organizing the sale, and to all the wonderful volunteers that made the sale so memorable with their tireless work and warmth🫂😍
⚽️We’re also ready to welcome in teams to our church!🌍 And we loved hosting Encore Chorale Creativity for their Saturday concert🎹
