At Business of Art featuring Julius Tennon, we explored what it takes to build a sustainable creative career.
Now it's time to put those ideas into action.
Many creatives have the talent, the portfolio, and the passion—but still struggle to turn their work into consistent income.
That's why we're launching the next step in the Business of Art Learning Series:
🎨 From Passion Project to Paid Project
Join us as we explore how to identify revenue opportunities, package your skills, monetize the work you're already doing, and build a stronger foundation for long-term success.
Whether you're an artist, filmmaker, photographer, designer, musician, content creator, or creative entrepreneur, this session will help you think differently about the business side of your craft.

“This room is not just filled with artists, entrepreneurs, and creatives. It’s filled with visionaries and cultural architects.”
At Entrepreneur Works Presents: The Business of Art, Aisha Winfield reminded us that creative work is bigger than a product, performance, or portfolio. It’s about shaping culture, telling stories, and building something that impacts our communities.
But vision alone isn’t enough.
To build a sustainable creative career, artists and entrepreneurs also need the business knowledge, strategies, and systems that turn great work into long-term opportunities.
That’s why we’re continuing the conversation with two upcoming workshops designed specifically for creative entrepreneurs:
🎨 From Passion Project to Paid Project
📅 June 16 | 6:30 PM
💡 Repurposing Your Work for Multiple Revenue Streams
📅 June 23 | 6:30 PM
If you’re an artist, musician, photographer, videographer, designer, content creator, freelancer, or creative entrepreneur, these workshops were built with you in mind.
As Aisha challenged attendees during The Business of Art, don’t just leave inspired—take action.

Your creativity has value. The question is: are you building income around it?
Too many creatives spend years doing portfolio work, collaborations, favors, and community projects without a clear path to sustainable revenue.
🎨 From Passion Project to Paid Project is an interactive workshop designed for creative entrepreneurs in Philadelphia & DelCo who are ready to move differently.
Led by Aisha Winfield — entertainment and business strategist, former Executive Director of the Blues Babe Foundation founded by Jill Scott, and CEO of AIB Marketing & Consulting — this session will help creatives:
✨ identify revenue opportunities already within their skillset
✨ package services more intentionally
✨ communicate their value with confidence
✨ turn unpaid or inconsistent opportunities into sustainable income streams
Aisha’s background spans artist development, entrepreneurship, entertainment marketing, and community-centered business strategy, bringing both industry insight and real-world experience to the conversation.
Whether you’re a photographer, designer, filmmaker, musician, content creator, stylist, or creative entrepreneur — this workshop was built with you in mind.

“Hollywood is not a training ground. You have to come there prepared. People aren’t waiting for you to get it—you have to come there with it.”
That was one of the biggest takeaways from Julius Tennon during Entrepreneur Works Presents: The Business of Art.
He challenged creatives to think beyond talent and focus on ownership, preparation, and learning the business behind their craft.
That conversation sparked two new workshops for creatives ready to build sustainable businesses:
✨ From Passion Project to Paid Project
✨ Repurposing Your Work for Multiple Revenue Streams
