Creating art, fostering innovation, and building community should always be exhilarating, never risky. In these rapidly changing and often challenging times, taking action for the betterment of those around us is paramount because we are undeniably stronger together.
This Pride Month, as we celebrate the resilience and vibrancy of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and especially today on Juneteenth, commemorating the hard-won emancipation of enslaved people, the importance of care, safety, and equity is brought into sharp focus. Both observances remind us of the ongoing fight for liberation and the fundamental right to exist and thrive without fear.
That's why I'm stepping up to provide essential care and safety services designed to ensure that creativity flourishes in truly supportive environments. From Risk Assessments and Safety Plans to Community Guidelines and Standard of Care Riders, my services are tailored specifically for your productions and the community of people bringing those productions to life. Whether you're a small troupe, a large-scale arts institution, or a corporate client committed to inclusive spaces, I'll help you build a care-centered, values grounded, inclusive environment where everyone feels safe to create, innovate, and belong.
Let's not just acknowledge these important moments; let's embody their spirit by actively building safer, more inclusive spaces for everyone.
Reach out to me now, and let's do better – together!
