I get asked all the time “You Good?” Truthfully, I’m not. I miss my brother everyday and I don’t ever think I’ll get over his passing. I struggle heavy at times, I have my good days, and I have my bad ones. But, today was a good day. Living one day at a time. 🙏🏾😔❤️

This post breaks my heart. The Legendary Ramsey Lewis has passed away. I was more than a fan of his music, I connected with it. Mr. Lewis’s records were staples in many Black households during the 70s and early 80s. His artistry is why I wanted to produce music in the first place. I almost had the chance to shake his hand, but at work we were told engaging the guests at anytime was grounds for termination. I spoke with Mr. Lewis on the phone briefly (work related), it took everything I had in me to refrain from breaking character. Now I wish I had and will never get the chance to tell him that I was his biggest fan!! I send my prayers and condolences to his family, friends and all those who knew and loved him. 🕊🙏🏾😔💔|
