Here’s a recent replace, repair, repaint we did a little at a time over the past 10 months at the cottage for @germantownfriendsmeeting . Swipe for the before. We think it was a tremendous improvement. Generally we’d attempt to repair the original window, but this one was too far gone. We removed the old window, and storm unit, removed the temporary pressure treated trim and plexiglass, installed a new @themarvinbrand window which matched the original glass layout on the rest of the house and repaired and replaced the exterior window sill and casing with @durationmouldingandmillwork trim boards made from Boral . Then we painted everything with a couple of coats of @sherwinwilliams Latitude exterior acrylic latex paint color matched to blend with the rest of the exterior trim.
