Teacher of the Month for May 2026👩🏼‍🏫📓🖍️ is another one of our amazing teacher’s here at First Class Learning Academy… Ms Sisi (aka Seaira) has been here for 3 years, starting out her journey and first child care position with us @ FCLA and already obtained her CDA, and many other personal achievements. But her hard work, superb dedication and the love she gives to each child here is one that is unmatched! She genuinely nurtures and pours into every child daily, and it shows when they come in and run to her with open arms and the biggest smiles. Sisi is not only an excellent teacher she’s a TEAM PLAYER, you need help you can call on Sisi, need to borrow some classroom supplies, you can call on Sisi, having a bummer of a day and want to vent, Yup you guessed it you can call on Sisi… to be there for you with a listening ear. As she is still learning a lot and navigating through her career as a Teacher I am very proud of the progress she’s shown and how she’s grown as a young woman! Keep crushing those goals Sisi! We love ya!❤️

TEACHER OF THE MONTH: For APRIL 2026

Teacher of the Month for April is our lovely Ms Deb. She has been with us for more than 10 years and held many roles from Lead teacher in most of our classrooms, to her current role as Teacher Support where she is helping and guiding our teachers grow in their career.

She is definitely a team player not only willing to share all of the knowledge she’s aquired within childcare, but also helping all of our teachers feel supported in and out of the classroom.

She’s really a gem here at First Class and our parents the children and staff here loves her! She brings a unique teaching style to the classrooms with her spunky personality and great leadership skills. And makes everyone feel like family.
