I don’t know but I kinda felt like this was a “cool girl” outfit for this old mom. 😉
This oversized faux leather jacket was a find y’all and it’s good! I have the bomber as well that would go great with these pants of the same brand. Are they pj’s? Are they pants? I don’t know but they are gonna be in heavy rotation for me - they are light so they will be an all season staple!
Round it out with a neutral cashmere sweater and some sambas and call it the perfect outfit.
My style is definitely evolving these days and I love that. This is why I always say just wear what you like. If it’s in your head or you have an inspo moment just go with it! As long as you wear it confidently you can NOT go wrong.

Hey hey it’s Friday!!!

Random post alert - it’s been a while, huh! Truth be told, I spent most of the spring and summer on the baseball field, tending to my family, and just getting one foot in front of the other! Can anyone else relate?!

My kids are keeping me busy (read: behind the wheel driving all over the place) so I can tell you my days of cute outfits are few and far between but I’m still managing to put a few together here and there!!!

Some current favorites are these denim and these flats (an amazing dupe for the Khaite Marcy flats that I feel like I should get because they are my namesake obviously but they aren’t even in the realm of my budget!)

Thankful that even when I’m not dressed for anything but spectating my kids games or plugging away in my office that keeps my locks looking 💯 always!

I hate to say goodbye to summer but some cute fall trends are popping up im looking forward to trying!

Being in Turks & Caicos last week made want to try and put some fun summer outfits together!! Summer is MY SEASON, y’all. I live for it!!

Headed out to my son’s elementary awards program today so paired these adorable linen shorts with a basic brown tube top and draped my favorite oversized denim jacket over my shoulders. Topped the look off with mesh ballet flats and I love how it all came together.

You could easily dress these shorts up more and do an oversized blazer or cashmere sweater, and heeled strappy sandals. Alternatively, throw your bathing suit top on and use these as a cover up! Super versatile! I love!

Another day another pair of balloon pants…

To be honest I’ve been wearing a barrel leg style for a couple years now (scroll back in the feed), but I still feel like I’m “trying out” this trend as the silhouettes of each pair vary. My biggest advice always is to just keep your look simple - I’ll go very basic so I feel more confident in the whole look. Try it!!!

Unexpected date night reservation scored at the bar of one of the best restaurants in our area. Only had a quick 15 minutes but this look will never ever fail - oversized blazer, straight leg denim I cuffed just to add interest, basic pump and a tee with some texture and shine. Added a cute bag and we are off!! What’s your go-to date night look?

Same beach mirror for the last 3 years…feels ✨almost✨like home.
This tee feels like home for sure, though - soft and lived in and the best boxy, swingy, oversized fit. Paired with my favorite ribcage denim and I’m all set to watch my boys bleed my wallet dry on the boardwalk tonight competing against each other in any and every game. 😅
Never ever ever ready for summer to end when I can wear these easy style fits.
