We’re excited to have Marie Murphy leading this year’s Fitness Feeds Philly sculpt class!

With over 7 years of teaching experience and certifications in Pilates, Sculpt, Yoga, and HIIT, Marie is passionate about helping others discover the confidence and strength that movement can build both physically and mentally. Her classes are designed to be challenging, supportive, and accessible for all fitness levels, with options to modify or level up throughout the workout.

Expect an energizing class, a welcoming atmosphere, and plenty of encouragement along the way. You’ll leave feeling stronger, empowered, and proud of what your body can do.

Move with purpose! Join Friends for Good for our 6th annual Fitness Feeds Philly at 🩵 We are thrilled to bring our community together again for a morning of movement, connection, and giving back.

Enjoy a 45 minute sculpt class led by , a Pilates, Sculpt, Yoga, and HIIT certified instructor with more than 10 years of experience. After class, stick around for matcha from Tatsu Tea and coffee and juice from Alchemy X.

This year, all proceeds will support meals for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House.

Friends for Good was proud to partner with Chosen 300 Ministries to serve 250 meals. Through service, we were able to provide not only a warm meal, but also a moment of human connection and support.

Thank you to our amazing volunteers for helping make this event a success. We are grateful for every person who continues to be part of our mission to do good.

Join us for a meaningful night of Meal Service 🍲 On May 27th, we’ll be volunteering at Chosen 300, coming together to serve meals and support our community because everyone deserves to share in a warm meal. After, we’ll head to Love City Brewing for Happy Hour to connect and catch up!

Monday was an inspiring day at The Fitler Forum. From early morning networking through a full day of programming, the Forum brought together nonprofit leaders, funders, and civic partners across Philadelphia for thoughtful, solution-focused conversation. Panels on fundraising for social change, succession planning, and building high quality boards offered practical insight, while the fireside chat on legacy and giving back and the keynote conversation added meaningful perspective on leadership and impact.

The short film screening highlighting Fitler Foundation Impact Residents and the closing wellness conversation grounded the day in purpose, ending with a garden happy hour that made space for genuine connection.
Grateful to be part of a community committed to collaboration, sustainability, and shaping a stronger future for Philadelphia.

Looking for volunteers for an upcoming opportunity ✨

Join us on Saturday, April 18th at 1 PM as we partner with for a hands-on way to support food access across Philadelphia. We’ll pack food boxes, then split into groups to deliver them to Mama-Tee community fridges.
