Naomi and David made the cross-country move from Seattle ✈️ , spent a year and a half renting in Point Breeze, and fell completely in love with the neighborhood. So when it was time to stop renting and officially plant their roots in Philly, we got to work.

1711 S 24th St came up off-market 🙌🏻 and we toured it on just our second outing.
