Sold Off-market in 📍 Point Breeze!

Naomi and David made the cross-country move from Seattle ✈️ , spent a year and a half renting in Point Breeze, and fell completely in love with the neighborhood. So when it was time to stop renting and officially plant their roots in Philly, we got to work.

1711 S 24th St came up off-market 🙌🏻 and we toured it on just our second outing. I could tell it had that special something — but Naomi and David wanted to see a few more options first, which is always fair! In the meantime, I reached out to the listing agent (swipe 👈 to see that text!) and asked her to keep us in the loop on any offers. After 8 years of doing this, I’ve learned to trust my gut — and sometimes I know it’s a client’s house before they do. They have a tell. 😄

We got under contract in March and closed the first week of June — a longer timeline that worked perfectly for both sides. The seller needed time to find their next place, and my clients were happy to move until after school let out.

And oh, this house delivered. We’re talking 16 feet wide ↔️ (every foot counts in Philly!), a rear mudroom/pantry off the kitchen, and a finished basement that is going to be the coziest movie night spot in all of Point Breeze. 🍿

Closed in Cherry Hill, NJ! 🍒

🙋🏼‍♀️ Brian was referred to me by a fellow agent in my network when his home search expanded into South Jersey. With his daughter attending school in Marlton, the idea of living on this side of the river started to make a lot of sense. As a Philly resident, he still wanted easy access to work, daily errands, and everything he was used to—and Cherry Hill turned out to be the perfect fit.

🚗 🎨 The market at this price point is anything but easy, but Brian navigated the process with patience, flexibility, and determination. In the end, he landed a centrally located home with an oversized detached garage that’s big enough for both his SUV and an art studio space—a rare find and exactly what he needed.

🔥 One other thing worth mentioning: this house came with a pellet stove. By the third or fourth pellet stove house we toured, I started to suspect that Brian’s real goal wasn’t buying a house at all—it was finding the perfect pellet stove. The house may have just been an added bonus. 😂

SOLD in Fishtown 🐟

I had the honor of helping Emily buy this home back in 2020, and watching her pour her heart into every corner of it over the years made it one of my favorites. I’ll be honest — I always had a soft spot for this house. It’s not big, just 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom but THE LOVE. The love she had for it showed in every single room, and that’s rare.
