Chopped romaine
Grilled chicken
Avocado
Tomatoes
Chipotle mayo

This week is: a Single Leg Push Up to Single Leg Plank Crunch to Single Leg Plank Cross Crunch 👏🏼👏🏼
Start in plank, lift one leg and do for your push up. Then drive your knee to your elbow, return to plank, and drive the same knee to your opposite elbow and return to plank. Switch legs and repeat! 😆
If you are incorporating these into a workout, try doing 6-10 reps total! (So 3-5 per side) ☺️

Sweet Tooth?? 🦷
Same.
This spoonful of yum is packed full of protein & satisfies your sweet tooth craving. Making it the perfect mid-morning or afternoon snack 🙌🏼
What is it? 👉🏼 we mixed plain Greek Yogurt with cookies and cream protein powder. Yup, that’s it! You can top it with one smashed Oreo or 2 tbsp of mini chocolate chips if you really want to crush those cravings 👏🏼👏🏼

Don’t let the magnitude of your goals scare you in to thinking you’ll never be able to achieve them. You have so much potential and can do literally anything you set your mind to. It’s just going to take time, consistent effort, and hard work 💪🏼

This week is: a Lateral Bound to 3 Reverse Lunges (or Sprinter Lunge if you want to get real spicy 😈)
With the lateral blind, you are jumping up and then over to the side... almost like you’re making a big rainbow 🌈 Land softly with a little bend in your knee and then go for your 3 reverse lunges or sprinter lunge jumps before you go to the other side!
If you are incorporating these into a workout, try doing 45 seconds or 8-12 total reps 💪🏼

Greek yogurt is a perfect protein-packed snack!
We buy plain non-fat Greek yogurt and then top it with our favorite toppings!! If you want a little bit of sweetness, stevia is a great option to stir in to your plain yogurt before you add the toppings!

We’ve got your lunch plans right here: Blue cheese balsamic salad😁
Yesterday created this gorgeous salad that tastes as good as it looks! Here’s how to make:
2-3 cups romaine chopped lettuce
1/2 gala apple chopped
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Handful of blueberries
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
Balsamic dressing

Oatmeal is one of our favorite breakfasts!!
Our go-to is:
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Almond Milk (added to desired consistency)
1/4 cup berries
1 tbsp of peanut butter
