Couldn’t sleep last night so I listened to the new Flying Lotus album 1983 a few times. Woke up this morning inspired and thought I’d try to make something with a different sonic texture and drum patterns, and no DAW. Recorded the whole process. You can see my workflow at about 2:45 in. Definitely a little sloppy and too many kicks on the one bar but hey here it is 👊 was fun to make
