"I am not overly fond of eggs, and have always avoided quiches for that reason. HOWEVER - on Saturday I was at the Lansdowne farmers market and saw your Butternut squash and Carmelized onion quiche and thought it sounded interesting. I brought the small one over to my mother's for lunch and we split it --- and it was Wonderful!! I wished I had gotten the large! The squash was sweet, the onions tasty and the crust was light and flaky. Thanks for your great product, I'll be going back for more this weekend!!"
