Some amazing social growth I've seen from my own personal & business accounts over the last several months / year.
An important note I want to make, is that followers are, at the end of the day, only vanity metrics. You can absolutely have over 10k & on followers and still have no idea how to monetize an account. I pride myself in the community I've cultivated & the fact that I've monetized all of my accounts with under 3k followers across all platforms. I mean - that's amazing & really something to celebrate.

Of course, I'm showing a lot of vanity metrics with this post, but they really are converting on a day to day basis & I want to show the basic #'s that I have access to, to highlight how important video content is for reach (I'm more focused on new impressions, & engagement on my reels, tik-toks & pinterest - new eyes = potential loyal followers)

I like to take screenshots over time to track my progress, because it's so easy to feel like day to day you aren't growing, but then you realize just how much you have grown!!!

If anything, I want you to takeaway that you absolutely are capable of "influencing" people, making sales, & beyond with under 10k followers!!! Start speaking to your people, authentically & see what happens!!

I read a comment on a video that blew up on tik-tok that said: "idc if someone whose video I see only has 7 followers, if I like them & the video, I will probably buy what they're selling if they pitch it correctly to me". & that REALLY resonated with me...because SAME? and you just have to think like that about your own content!
