The new 4,400-square-foot, two-story building will be built on 105 driven concrete piles.

BUILDBASEMATIC INC. is a manufacturer of pile driving equipment for building foundations in low-rise construction. There are many large, heavy and powerful piling machines on the market, but sometimes there is demand for job to be done with limited space on site and affordable budget.

The company provides foundation construction services using its own unique equipment. It is specially designed and manufactured for fast construction of durable foundations for low-rise buildings and structures. Pile drivers are compact, relatively light (up to 10,000 pounds), can be transported by pickup truck trailer and work in limited space conditions of a construction site all year round. Noise Barrier Walls Project.

One of the recent projects is the installation of noise barriers on the Central Ring Road around Moscow. Several thousand metal piles of 10 to 16 feet length were driven into the soil with a steep slope to build a solid foundation for the noise wall steel structures. The diameter of each pile was 11 inches. The tolerance for height and deviation from the coordinate axes (X, Y) was not more than one inch.”

For the implementation of this project, a special helmet, hydraulic grips, a sight, a reinforced hammer, and an extended boom were designed and installed on the pile driver. To ensure the timeliness of the work at the facility, four machines were operating simultaneously. The work was carried out in winter at temperatures down to -28°F.
