KMC Partners welcomed local university students from Drexel, Penn and Jefferson to one of our active job sites last week in partnership with NOMA Philadelphia for a tour focused on adaptive reuse at Cannonball Club Philadelphia with Pandion Development Management and Woodcock Design.  

Together, we walked through what it takes to transform an existing Philadelphia building into a new use, from its original purpose and history to why it sat vacant and what goes into bringing it back to life.

From team roles and project vision to construction ex*****on, it was a great opportunity for students to experience how existing spaces can be reimagined.
