KMC Partners teamed up with ISM to guide Girls Inc. Design, Build Summer campers aboard the historic Olympia and Becuna.
We finished the day at the boat shop where the girls installed their own rivets. 🔨

With students on summer break, construction moves full speed ahead.

Higher education projects run on tight timelines, with summer providing the window to prepare for students’ return. Showers are installed, and cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and lighting are all coming together as work continues on schedule.

Progress continues for another financial industry client.

Temporary RAM Board floor protection remains in place to safeguard the finished flooring until the client’s contracted vendors are ready to begin their work.
From protection to punch list, every detail matters.
