I use to love playing in the snow as a child. We had a huge hill in our front yard so I could sled all day long. We would build snow men and even help my dad to shovel it all up.

But I’m not gonna lie, I’m not the mom that likes to play outside with my kids. Give me a craft to do with them or tickets to take them some place and I’m down. But going outside and playing in the snow...HA!

Today I feel abused by my own kids! Being shut in has taken a true toll on us both. But last night was my breaking point!

Everyday I sit and I wait for bedtime. Watching the clock like it’s my worst enemy. During the course of the days I’m constantly telling them:
No!
Yes you have to brush your teeth
Clean your room again!
Aren’t you suppose to be in class?
Why would you just sit there and break that?
What did you just say? Watch your mouth!

The cycle is never ending and honestly so freaking annoying! I hate it here and I’m in a huge need of a break which I’m pretty sure they need one from me as well.

Having boys is getting all the BS early! It’s not until they are in high school and they stop caring about you that they stop being annoying. I have never wanted them to stop caring about me as much as I do today! I can’t wait for the “mom your annoying me stage” even tho Camden already says that to me now 🙄

What books are you reading to your little ones?

We have been reading books to Crü for some time now. And he loves it. Most times he sits and will point at the pictures and call out words that he knows and ask to read the same book 1000 times. So when I got this book from from amazon I was so excited to read it to Crü!

He loves the illustrations and I love that he can see that black boys are hero’s too! It’s a great read and perfect for a stocking stuffer for the holidays. Not to mention it’s sold on amazon so super easy to get your hands on!

DIY ADVENT CALENDAR! 25 days of vlogmas here I come!

So I decided that I’d Vlog everyday in December, wish me luck! First video is up and I created an Advent Calendar for the kids. Super easy to do and so much fun for the kids!
