Logjammin VI is this Saturday! This year the fest is being hosted by the fine folks of . We’ll be up there this Saturday pouring some lager! Perfect excuse to visit upstate New York.

CONSTANT

While we spend most of our time making beer and wine, we carved out a bit of time to get together with the fine folks at Ploughman cider and whip up a collaborative cider. Constant is an American Dry Cider comprised of Espous Spitzenburg, Cortland, Harrison, Dabinett, and Frequin Rouge apple varieties. 7.6%

Shout out to our neighbors for the apple back drop. They host a killer farmer’s market on the weekend so you can pick up some fresh fruits and veggies before enjoying some beer and pizza at our place. Everything in moderation 😎

MOXEE - CBC COLLAB

We brewed a West Coast Pale Ale with our friends at CLS Farms for the Craft Brewers Conference. The base is all extra pale Pils malt to keep the focus on CLS grown El Dorado, Amarillo, and some early pick CTZ. We chose to not fine this one to keep from losing any of the lovely hop flavor and aroma. It’s pouring today (Tuesday 4/21) at the CLS Lounge in the Exhibitor Hall from 2:30-5. Stop by and say hi to the super nice folks from CLS! We’ll have draft and cans available at all locations. 5.8%

CRAFT BREWERS CONFERENCE

The Craft Brewers Conference is in Philadelphia this week and we’ve expanded our hours for the occasion. We’ll be releasing two new beers and new merchandise on Monday so stay tuned!
