When I mention operational efficiency, people often think Six Sigma, automation, and KPIs. That’s part of it, but there’s more. In my experience, “soft skills” like teamwork, adaptability, and creativity are just as crucial for process improvement.

Why? Because growing a business is tough. It requires serious effort and commitment. While there’s a technical side to what I do, the real challenge is helping people untangle complex situations. It’s often an emotional journey before we can tackle the tactical aspects.
