A new, enlarged 1st floor bathroom for our lovely Lafayette Hill clients. 💫
We completed a large-scale, 1st floor home renovation, including extensive structural and foundation improvements (amongst other things), for this wonderful family of four.

By reworking hallways and closets, we were able to create the space for a full bathroom on the 1st floor as per the client’s request.

Another full house renovation completed in Philadelphia. 💫
We had to take this home down to the studs; repair, reframe and build back up.

We added a sweet, discreet half bathroom on the 1st floor; removed some oddly placed walls in order the open up the layout; replaced the banisters to bring them up to code; replaced some windows; refinished floors and much more!

We kept the original features that remained:
🤎 beautiful wooden front doors
🤎 vestibule wood paneling
🤎 original wood floors throughout

This client unexpectedly came to be the owner of a family member’s home - her old childhood home in fact - she contacted us regarding a full, down-to-the-studs renovation asking that we be kind to the home as we prepared it for the Philadelphia rental market.

Amongst all of this we designed, built and installed this storage system in Wyndmoor; discreet flat-front toy storage cabinets below, shelving above, and a reading nook in between.
By taking advantage of a slim, setback living room wall (swipe for before pics 👀) we were able to create this wonderful, 10’ high piece! 🩷💚💛

Our clients had been in their home for 15 years prior to this project. As their family and work lives have grown, so have their home needs.

They wanted a calm, simple, peaceful kitchen - “nothing too crazy” - where they can finally host more than one visitor at a time.

This project was a long time coming, but well worth the wait. 🏡
