Another Computer Repair completed! Had a customer call me this week saying her computer was slow and printer wasnt working.

After some investigation I found corrupt Zip files and a ton of bloatware hogging up system resources. After cleaning all that up along with a few other maintenance items her laptop and printer is running as it should! Hi everyone! Thank you for your continued support, I have had several people reach out this past week looking for IT help!

Yesterday and today I helped a gentlemen who works from home with an 11 year old printer whos scanner finally called it quits. Unfortunately it was hard to find parts and know what exactly failed so we picked out a new Printer yesterday and today I came back for the install. Everything went smoothly and he is back up and running.

Last week I had a customer that reported that his laptop no longer connects to the internet and Dell wanted $100 just to open a support case and try to fix it!

I was able to get his laptop connected again after 40 minutes of work for only $25! Im happy to save this customer some money and leave his laptop in good shape!

Currently my rate is $25 an hour for labor, if you have any computer issues feel free to reach out, I do house visits!
