Digital Transformation for Analog Business
WiseBytes is looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Executive to lead the sales function and build sales organization while growing and generating businesses for our offerings in the areas of Cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Cloud EMS (Ex*****on Management Systems), and services to keep these systems running optimally for our clients’ business processes. We expect you to be successful through a combination of inbound and outbound efforts, where you will perform outbound prospecting efforts, as well as serve as the main point of contact to build relationships with incoming calls and inquiries. As a result, you will spend much of your time reaching out to potential clients through the early stages of the sales funnel and preparing prospects to speak with our solutions team.
The Sales Executive is responsible for building and maintaining a solid base of direct customers with repeatable businesses. This includes attainment of quarterly and yearly sale, resale, professional services, and margin quota. Account management, customer satisfaction and personal development are other important job functions.
While the position is remote working from home, the ideal candidate will reside in the Pennsylvania area. When it is deemed safe to travel, there can be up to 50% of travel.
Essential Functions
The core of the functions is to venture out and establish the market for WiseBytes Services working together with the rest of the team at WiseBytes including the following:
• Achieves sales objectives through lead generation and marketing, preparing account plans, reviewing sales strategy, determining system improvements, suggesting change.
• Drives lead generation targets through appropriate channels
• Meets financial objectives by forecasting software and services sales
• Updates product and sales knowledge by participating in requisite ERP and EMS training, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participates in professional organizations.
• Maintains excellent relationships with primary software vendors to participate ion combined campaigns, influence lead acquisition, and owning customer relationships
• Enhance the sales process by articulating the value of company's implementation services, vendor relationships, maintaining and updating proposal templates and sales methodologies.
• Listen to business requirements and pain points for devising effective solutions for prospects and clients.
• Represent WiseBytes with professional demeanor and exhibit our commitment to help
• Lead your ways to success with WiseBytes
Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, IT or Management preferred
• 2-3 years of demonstrated sales experience in enterprise software & services
• Sales experience being held to quarterly / annual metrics are a plus
• Ability to make a high volume of calls / email every day to generate adequate leads
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• High energy and positive attitude
• Experience selling Cloud ERP licenses and related implementation services are a plus
• Using office productivity tools, CRM, and other enabling software tools
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Open to learn and put those learnings into practice
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct reports
Work Environment
Even though being remote, this job routinely operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and tools such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, 2-3 years of experience
