ReLight Conference

Who we are:

We ask ourselves the question: what can bring us back to the state when we were on fire for the Lord? The state in which our relationship with Christ was the main purpose for our existence and when the unconditional love for those around us poured out of our hearts. What can bring us back to the time when we rushed to serve others and when the Word of God and prayer were the most integral parts of our lives?

“For at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.” -Ephesians 5:8

There is but one answer to that question: only God can relight our hearts and bring back that first love! This conference was organized to guide young adults through the Scriptures and help them recall that first love written about in Revelation 2:4. This will be the theme of our conferences over the course of the next few years. With the help of our Heavenly Father, we hope to discover Biblical truths that will help us grow as Christians and strengthen our love for Christ. The Relight Conference is organized by LifeWay Baptist Church with the support of other, local, Philadelphia churches. They are:
• To equip believers with greater faithfulness to Jesus Christ
• To proclaim the gospel to both believers and nonbelievers
• To affirm Biblical authority over the life of every person
• And to teach people how to live life by faith alone
