You’re tireless, dedicated, creative, tough, funny, and kind. It takes a village to bring an event to life, and when you’re the production team behind it, you’re the ones doing the heavy lifting (sometimes literally). And you always show up with a whatever-it-takes energy.⁠

When we come to you with a wild idea or a never-been-done challenge, your answer is always, ‘Let’s do it.’⁠

When setup starts at 5am, you’re there, coffee in hand, ready to make it happen.⁠

When a client asks for the impossible, you’re the ones who make it possible.⁠

The transformation of space never gets old for us. The Great Stair Hall balcony is, of course, always beautiful. But by day, you'd never guess it could become such a chic, intimate reception space. We are getting ready for one of our favorite annual charity events this week, Fred's Footsteps' Party in the Yard! is a wonderful organization that supports families in our area who are impacted by the costs of caring for a seriously ill, injured or disabled child, and we're proud to be part of this annual event that supports this important work!⁠

It's hard to believe that it's been a whole year since the 2nd Annual WIPA gala, Whispers in the Vieux Carré and all the magic that came with it!

In just three short years, the annual WIPA gala has become one of the events we look forward to most as a company. The opportunity to help create something that draws on the talents of so many incredible partners in our wonderful city is one of the reasons we love what we do.

We're beyond excited to see this year's gala, Reveal, Midnight in the Conservatory, come together next month!
