🐾 It’s kitten season which means some new babies and cats really need some supplies🐾

One of our volunteers recently trapped a community cat, planning to take her in for TNVR m. But life had other plans… Just 2 days after being safely trapped, this sweet mama gave birth to SEVEN tiny kittens! 💕🐱

While we’re so grateful she’s safe and able to care for her babies indoors, this unexpected litter means we’re now in urgent need of supplies to give them the best start possible. Aside from them we also have a couple other older kittens and adult cats that need some supplies.

🐈‍⬛What we need most:
• Kitten formula to transition them to kitten food
• Kitten/adult cat food
• Litter & small litter boxes

These little ones will be available for foster or adoption once they’re old enough—but for now, our focus is keeping them healthy and thriving.

Mantis is a former throw away mama who would love to make someone a dog-mama 💜

Mantis is approx 4–5 years who has survived more than any dog should. She came to the rescue from ACCT Philly starved and fighting for her life. Her lifesaving care cost us over $12,000 and she somehow finds herself still unwanted.

This silly cuddle bug is the perfect mix of play and chill. She’s just as happy curling up next to you on the couch as she is heading out for a walk. When she’s waiting for playtime, you’ll often find her happily chewing on her favorite bones.

Mantis does well with other dogs. Once she realizes everyone is kind, she settles in and becomes part of the pack! She would thrive in a home with kids, but seeking a home without cats. Mantis is both house and crate trained, and even trained to wear clothes 🤭

After everything she’s been through, Mantis is ready for a home where she can finally be safe, loved, and spoiled the way she deserves 💜

Mya is seeking a new foster home, or better yet an adopter 🥹 Unfortunately the resident pup in her foster home was not a fan of sharing her home.

Mya is a sweet, intelligent girl with a big heart and an adventurous spirit. She’s already off to a great start with her training in foster—she knows “sit,” “off,” and is doing well with going potty outside.

Mya is both dog and kid friendly. She has a naturally affectionate, loving personality that shines through in everything she does 💜 Maya would love a canine companion who can handler her play, but would be just as happy as the one and only, too.

Mya is working on her basic manners, leash walking and crate use. She does best with a heavy duty crate setup to help her feel secure when alone. The good news? She’s incredibly smart and eager to learn, so with consistency and patience, she’ll pick things up quickly as she adjusts to her new space & routine.

Maya is a young, active girl who thrives when she can explore and burn off energy. 🚨 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED FOR RAMBO 🚨

Rambo did make it into a foster home, but unfortunately it is not the right fit. He is still a very hyper, energetic 10 month old Cane Corso puppy and needs a foster who is prepared for a large breed adolescent dog and understands the importance of decompression, structure, and patience.

Right now, we are urgently looking for a new foster placement, preferably by tomorrow.

Bodhi is a 1 year old Doberman looking for a foster home by next Saturday, 16-MAY. This guy is SO sweet, and so eager to start his new life in rescue. His foster CAN adopt, but we need a foster home FIRST in order to help 🙏🏼

Bodhi is dog friendly. Bodhi would be appropriate with children over the age of 10 with dog experience. We do not know his history with small children or cats, so seeking a foster home without both until we can get to know him better!

Bodhi will need a foster home prepared to keep him mentally and physically fulfilled. He will be coming from a rural area, and does not have experience being in a city environment and ideally seeking to be fostered either in suburbs or somewhere with closed yard to set him up for best success. He will need time to decompress and adjust.

Dobermans are an incredibly loyal, driven & intelligent breed who succeed in the right hands. Breed experience or similar preferred.

Stanley is a 1-year-old Bichon Frise puppy looking for a patient, loving family to help him continue learning how to “dog.” 💛

Stanley missed out on a lot of the typical puppy training and structure with his original owner. Because of that, he still needs guidance with potty training and basic manners — but this little guy is SO worth the effort.

Stanley is incredibly smart and eager to connect with his people. He’s AMAZING at fetch (he actually brings the ball all the way back 🎾), has pretty reliable recall already, and sleeps well overnight in a crate as long as he can see you nearby. He’s also making great progress with potty training and is getting really good about doing all his poopies outside! He still wears a belly band indoors while he’s learning.

Like a true bichon, Stanley has hops 😂 He gets very excited and loves to jump, and he’s currently working hard on learning “down” with his foster mom. He’s not naughty — he just has BIG feelings and doesn’t always know what to do with them yet. 🥺

And the cuddles? Elite. Truly. Stanley is the best snuggler his foster mom has ever met (and she works with dogs, so that says a lot!). He LOVES being close to his people and even enjoys being held like a baby. He’s gentle with handling, affectionate, and absolutely full of personality.

Everyone who meets Stanley falls in love with his adorable little face and goofy charm. He’s the cutest little ham and will bring so much joy, laughter, and love to the lucky family willing to give him patience and consistency while he continues to blossom. 🐶💕
