My newest black belt Coach . I’ve promoted a few black belts but she is my first I’ve coached from white belt to black belt. She’s trained over 10 years and had a brutal road. She’s rolled against some of the toughest male and female black belts on the east coast. The poor girl would a lot of times get super tough rounds because they wanted revenge on me. She’s a mom of 2 but she trains more than most competitors. I’m so proud of her. Last night was perfect. It was incredible that came back from Brazil to promote her. So we both got our black belts from him. I love you

Thursday Nights 7pm Coach Adult Gi Class at Booth BJJ starts 9/5 Coach Niko has one multiple IBJJF Golds as well as belts in New Breed and has an undefeated record in super fights. If your an adult you gotta check out his gi class on Thursday

Booth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu did Its first family seminar at the Green Byrne Child Care Center. We opened our gym to teach our own children and the local neighborhood. It was great to travel down town and teach these kids some self defense and they all did amazing !
