Daffany led a group of tenant members who advocated for people in 6 complexes that were owned by the North Little Rock Housing Authority and are now under private ownership and management.

The tenant led advocacy and action has won repairs. Though she has since relocated, she continues her advocacy and dedication to advancing renter's rights in Arkansas and making sure that conditions in those 6 complexes continue to improve."

"Victoria has been one of the stronger voices in our local campaign looking for dignified, and affordable housing justice. Victoria and other women in her building decided to unionize in August 2022.

The Wethersfield tenants Union has been challenging their new landlord since then. Victoria is always alert, strategic, and very vocal about all the tenants union members' rights. Victoria is the leader everyone wants to follow, she is constantly thinking ahead.

She is a wonderful human being leading through her struggle to win with all the Hartford tenants as a Union. Like her name she is always looking for VICTORY."
