Excited to host a postpartum training series! We will explore breathing, the pelvic floor, core stability, diastasis, mobility, body mechanics, and foundations of strength training. The series is appropriate for anyone at least 6 weeks postpartum. Whether you are newly postpartum or further out from giving birth, there will be a lot to learn about your body!β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦β¦ In-person at my studio in Swarthmore and virtual options. This class will provide a deeper understanding into the layers of your core stability, which is so important for posture, managing stress and pain, improving pelvic floor function and just feeling more present in the body. Weβll cover some basic anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Prepare to practice breathing techniques, exercise movements, and yoga postures. Modification of exercise and postures will be provided to ensure that all are welcome - can be done from a chair! $35
