And that’s a wrap! Before this school year ends, I want to highlight some of the amazing work my students created. The talent and creativeness always blows me away and to be able to curate a classroom that allows that means the world to me. Although I’ve been through some personal hardships this year, my colleagues, my mentor Anne and my friends and family have supported me through it all and I want to thank them. Cheers to the first year down, and to many more 🥰🎨✏️

Tested out the famous tiktok Grabie markers !! 28 acrylic paint markers. They are very opaque and vibrant. They do splatter a tiny bit but they work really well! Can’t wait to explore more art with these paint markers !!

Felt inspired by my next lesson for my juniors based on Alvin ailey and his dance career. We are going to make sculptures based on dance movements and I love the art of ballet so I did a quick watercolor painting of a pose from the ballet swan lake.
