We are getting closer to the 41st annual conference in St. Louis which means we are of course planning our annual Alaskan themed gift basket! These are just examples so feel free to get creative if you’re interested in donating! All funds go directly back to the NSA to help people who stutter attend the conference financially. Feel free to reach out with questions. Thank you!

Upcoming chapter meetings! We are trying out holding both meeting back to back. Note that this month is will be on Tuesday instead of our regular Thursday to accommodate a first timer for the Family Chapter. THEREFORE! Please attend to make them feel welcome 😇🙂

Your daily reminder that you can be a person who stutters and still be killin it in your career. Long term NSA Alaska member, Ben, was a moderator and led a session about water quality monitoring within the Kenai River at the Cook Inlet Water Quality Summit. Giving a presentation is one thing but being asked to moderate entails being a naturally confident and engaging speaker. Well done Ben!! 👏🏽👏🏽

We had a great Chapter Meeting last night at Bread and Brew! So happy to be meeting in person! ☺️
We discussed an articles critique on the stigma of stuttering, which brought up some really interesting points. Things that make you go hmm.
