Our Dance Program is excited to introduce a new dance-based class hosted at the Fitness Center—created to spotlight and promote a new curriculum offering within our Dance Program.

✨ Introducing: FIRE IT UP
Saturdays | 8:00 AM

🔥 Fire It Up is a 45-minute, jazz dance–inspired experience designed to build confidence, elevate energy, and reconnect adults with movement through music. No dance background required.

What to expect:
-Step-by-step choreography
-Modifications for all ability levels
-Energizing music across genres and decades
-A feel-good flow that leaves you strong, uplifted, and inspired
