Thomas Cheney is currently a student at McAllister Institute of Funeral Service in New York. In 1995 The Cheney's purchased what was then the Dewey Funeral Home. Dewey and the 40 years that he served the Phelps area they retained his name and and called it the Cheney-Dewey Funeral Home Inc.
