The was happy to host this walking crew participating in the a few weeks back.

This group, led by the Harriet Tubman Museum and Educational Center and UTRGV, retraced the Underground Railroad’s southern roots in Hidalgo County. The 65-mile journey (over the course of a few days) highlighted the path Freedom Seekers took to find refuge in Mexico.

We hope to see some of these familiar faces back visiting us soon!
