🎉💪🏻Today, we want to wish the best of luck to our amazing student athlete, Karolina, as she represents Team Texas, PSJA ISD, and PTI this week in powerlifting, at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games in Minneapolis, Minnesota!! 🇺🇸

🥇Also to our teacher, Mr. Matt, who was selected as the Team Texas Powerlifting Coach. They will be competing this week against powerlifters from across the nation!!

On behalf of Mrs. Hernandez and our teaching staff, we are incredibly grateful to our business partners who provided job sites for our students. These opportunities allow our students to learn, adapt, and feel welcomed in real-world environments. Experiences like these help build confidence in their skills, and for that, we are truly thankful PSJA ISD

The last week of school , PSJA Memorial was full of fun at the PSJA Lifehouse! Students enjoyed a special day with burgers, games, face painting, and celebrating together as the school year came to a close. We are always so proud to see our students growing in their daily life skills at the LifeHouse while also enjoying the learning environment! 2nd week of enrichment is going strong!

What a busy and fun-filled first week of Summer Enrichment Camps so far! ☀️💙

Our students stayed active and engaged all week by making delicious egg quesadillas, attending Special Olympics Sports Day, practicing yoga, grocery shopping, and creating their own charcuterie boxes. We also took time to celebrate a special birthday of our student Melanie! Then our student athlete Karolina and Coach Mr. Matt, picked up their Special Olympics-Texas; Team Texas backpack for next weekend’s trip to Minnesota for the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games!

So proud of our students for working hard, trying new things, building independence, and having fun along the way. Looking forward to many more great memories this summer! 🌟

🎉Today our Principal, Mrs. Hernandez, had a big surprise luncheon for all the teachers and staff. We had a lil fun walking in!! We also celebrated and gave out Service Awards.🏫

What an amazing day celebrating our students! 🎉 We had a successful Student Portfolio Showcase where our students proudly shared their hard work, creativity, growth, and accomplishments. It was great seeing everyone showcase the skills and talents they’ve developed throughout the year! 👏📚✨
