𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺 : Did you know there’s a specific neuropeptide & spinal neural circuit that makes 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 possible? 🌵 Your spine helps you process pleasant touch. That soft caress, cozy hug, or gentle stroke isn’t just emotional - it’s deeply biological. Your nervous system is made for warmth, comfort, and connection.

Winter cuddle sessions just hit different. ❄️

Bundled in cozy layers, warm mugs in hand, soft landings all around, Friend. This is my favorite kind of indoor magic. ☕

Hello 2026. Starting a new year feels like a deep long exhale after a busy, stressful and chaotic last months. There is hope in being able to BEGIN (again). And there’s also cautious apprehension mixed in with my stubborn hope. ✨

As the newness of January begins to fade, I hope that we don’t get too jaded by its bleakness. That the stillness of winter can invite us to slow down, rest, and go inwards.

This is a month that can feel like a race on the first day. But may we remember that there is no competition to win. That it’s ok if our pace looks different this year. That it’s less about WHAT we do, and more about HOW we do it: slowly, gracefully, and with acceptance.

What are some of your ?

The holidays can be a beautiful season to connect but also incredibly exhausting. Burnout is real this time of year — especially for nervous systems that have already been carrying a lot.

If your body feels tired before your calendar does, that isn’t weakness. It’s wisdom. Burnout often shows up as irritability, shutdown, or feeling “too much” and “not enough” all at once. Taking a break isn’t quitting, falling behind, or letting anyone down. It’s listening. Rest is regulation. Pauses are productive. Stepping back gives your nervous system space to soften, settle, and feel safe again.

This season asks a lot of us — socially, emotionally, financially, sensorially. You’re allowed to need less.
You don’t owe productivity during the holidays. Remember : regulated bodies heal better. Rest supports connection.
Slow down. Take the break. You’re allowed. 🤍

“Isn’t it exhausting being an empath?” 👀
Oof, I get that one a lot!

If we’re playing truth or truth? Sometimes my clients’ emotions do stick to me, kind of like glitter after a craft project. ✨

& yeah, I have to decompress, too. But decompression isn’t a bad thing! It’s how I clear space for myself so I can keep showing up with my whole heart. 💜 Let’s stop demonizing taking space to process and cleans!

In case you need a reminder : Taking time to reset doesn’t mean you’re fragile. It means you’re wise enough to protect your energy. 🌱 That’s the most self-aware thing you can possibly be and the most self-care thing you can do!
