The Friends of the Pflugerville Library will be having another book sale on June 18th, from 10:00am - 8:00pm. Be sure to come check out the newest & latest books in their collection to take home. Plus, all purchases benefit library programs!

Be sure to join us for our mystery movie screening! We'll be playing a film (rated PG) and providing snacks and water for ages 5+.

This event will take place on Thursday, June 18, from 2:00pm-3:30pm. Don't miss out on this screening - life is short, and it's the small memories that will stick with you for years!

Juneteenth: City Facility Closures

City facilities, including the Pflugerville Public Library, Pflugerville Animal Welfare Services, Pflugerville Recreation Center, Recycle Center and City offices will be closed Friday, June 19 in recognition of Juneteenth. City pools will remain open for regular hours.

Trash and recycling collection will continue as usual. For water-related issues during the closure, please call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 512-990-6700. In case of emergency, call 911.

Our Friends' donation box is full at this time. Donations will reopen on Tuesday, June 23 after the next Used Book Sale on Thursday, June 18. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to the overwhelming generosity of all our donors, donations at the Pflugerville Library are temporarily closed! We have run out of room to store items, so we kindly ask that you hold off on donating until after our next book sale.

Check out our new Stay Sharp Kits available for check out!

These Stay Sharp kits are good for hard challenges related to Alzheimers, memory disorders, and brain injuries. These kits all include puzzles, card games, and can start conversations, and keep your brain active.

Our annual Trans Clothing Swap and Social returns this Saturday at 2:00 pm! Guests are invited to bring their gently used clothing items to donate or trade. Gender diverse/expansive folks are welcome to take advantage of this regardless of your transition status or goals. Wear your new finery at whenever you celebrate Pride!

Any clothing remaining at the end of the swap will be donated to a local clothes pantry. No registration is required - see you there!

If your little one loves music, art, and fun, join us for Wiggles & Giggle with Ms. Sandi! On select Mondays and Thursdays this summer, she'll be joining us in lieu of storytime for 45 minutes of enrichment and fun.

Our next sessions will be on June 15 at 10:00 am and 11:00 am. This program is open to children ages 0-5 with an adult caregiver present. No registration is required.
