Employee owners from across the country recently gathered in Belton, Texas, for the annual Cerris Builders Conference. Over two days, team members connected, collaborated, and explored key topics shaping the future of the industry, including AI, talent development, scheduling, and company strategy.

The event also featured team-building activities, including a golf scramble and s***t shooting, strengthening relationships across teams and regions.

Our team was proud to celebrate the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the UEPH 69th ADA Barracks at Fort Hood, Texas.

Our team was proud to celebrate the Grand Opening and Block Party for the Travis County ESD 12 Fire Station. This new facility represents a significant investment in the safety, growth, and long-term service capabilities of the community.
