Getting your coffee in isn’t a bad thing, but hold off on it❗️

Caffeine too early in the morning can throw off our normal bodily routine and even distrust our sleep during the night❌

Try taking a walk outside first before you down that first cup of coffee ✅

Eating after a workout is good for you 💪🏼👍🏼

Although we should be mindful of the amount of food we eat daily, post workout is not the time to skimp out ❌

Regardless of your goals, refueling post workout is great for your body and will help you recover more quickly ✅

A mix of proteins & carbs are perfect post workout.
•
An easy to put together post workout meal could be a protein shake with a banana 👍🏼
