Maybe should have ground a bit more for a wider edge but still sharp as a razor and a super fluid roll on a cutting board for precision slicing.
I'm happy with it.

Shaped handles, LOVE the grain this red cedar gives with knots. Then decided to try out this gut hook idea and both came out pretty evenly. I am definitely happy with this turnout.
Two of each model for now just to see how they hold up, but I can always take orders for more.
Will be available for sale by next post!

Still had to shape the steel a bit, even with machines it needs the artist's touch, but she's a beauty.
Made for an anniversary gift for a friend's husband.
Hope he loves it. 🔪🔪
