Attention all registered voters: The STATE OF INDIANA ELECTION DIVISION will be mailing Postcards to all registered voters. The cards will be sent to your current address that is on file with voter registration. On the back of the card it says “if you are the addressee on this postcard, then you are already registered to vote at this address, NO FURTHER action by you is needed.” IF you are not the person on the front of the card please write “RETURN TO SENDER” on the front of this postcard and place in mail receptacle.

For all cards that are returned to INDIANA ELECTION DIVISION there will be a 2nd card. On the 2nd card you will have 3 options.
#1 The above residence address is my current Indiana residence address.
#2 I have moved my residence OUTSIDE of Miami County or OUTSIDE of Indiana
#3 My residence address has changed WITHIN Miami County to:
Fill in your new address
If you chose option #3 then you must answer the 2 yes or no questions The last thing you need to do is SIGN YOUR NAME.

The cards are all pre-paid and returned to the Indiana Election Division. They need to be returned as soon as possible or no later than August 21, 2021.

The information received on the postcards sent to Indiana Election Division is then sent to Miami County or the new county if you have moved.

WE NEED HELP! We are in need of poll workers for this year’s election. Mainly for Election Day, November 3rd, but also need fill ins for other days. You will be paid for your time. Please contact Mary at 765-472-3995. YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED VOTER TO WORK THE POLLS
