The Methodist Hygiene Closet-
Because federal food assistance benefits (SNAP/Food Stamps) cannot be used for basic hygiene products, our closet fills a critical gap in the community—but we cannot do it alone and would deeply appreciate your help. Access to basic toiletries does far more than just keep people clean; by partnering with us to supply these physical items, your shared generosity creates a profound, ripple-effect impact on our neighbors' physical, emotional, and financial well-being.

We are incredibly grateful for your partnership in this mission, whether through monetary gifts or physical donations. If you feel led to give a monetary gift, please make your check payable to the First United Methodist Church. We kindly ask that you write "Hygiene Closet" on the memo line so we can direct your gift to this vital ministry.

Needed items:
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and dental floss.
Soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.
Deodorant, disposable razors, and shaving cream.
Sunscreen, lip balm, and insect repellent.
Wet wipes, hand sanitizer, and assorted bandages.
Feminine Care: Pads and pantyliners (often preferred over tampons for comfort and accessibility).
