New Year, new season, new costumes. Excited to deliver this beauty to A Step Above Dance Company today. It's always a pleasure working with your dancers.

I almost forgot to post this costume from last season, but I could never forget this fun little tap duo to Pink Shoelaces. This one got several judges comments for styling.

"Kim Possible, but make it dance." How'd I do?

Still can't get over this redesign for A Step Above Dance Company from last season. Never be afraid to take a base and revamp it into something new. A little imagination goes a long way. Major props to Christy Burress for the beautiful rhinestone work.

September is ovarian/gynecologic cancer awareness month.

This is a great time to understand the resources available to you if you suspect you may be at risk for ovarian cancer. Although this type of cancer has a mortality rate of 2.3%, that still equated to 13,770 estimated deaths in 2021(1 year after my mother passed from it). Fortunately, this rate is declining by about 3.3% every year. But it is still vital to know the facts, symptoms, and treatments available.
