Your Dog’s Fireworks Survival Kit 🎆➡️😴

July 4th is one of the WORST nights of the year for lost pets. Shelters fill up because scared dogs bolt through doors, fences, even windows. Don’t let that be your pup 💛

Build this kit TODAY, not July 4th at 8pm:

Vet help – Call now about anxiety meds. Most can’t prescribe last-minute. Test doses before the booms start.

Safe room – Interior room, no windows. Bed, favorite toys, water. White noise, TV, or calming music to drown out fireworks.

ID check – Collar with tags ON + microchip info updated. If they DO get out, this is how they get home.

Calming tools – ThunderShirt, Adaptil diffuser, calming chews. Test them now so it’s not brand new during a panic attack.

Walk early – Potty + exercise before dusk. A tired dog = slightly calmer dog. Keep leashed 100% of the time.

Doors/windows secured – Every person in the house needs to know: “Door stays closed.” 30% of lost pets escape when someone opens the door.

Real talk: More pets go missing July 4th-5th than any other day of the year. They can hear fireworks 4x farther than we can, and “fight or flight” kicks in hard.

18+ muscles per ear – They can rotate each ear 180° independently. Like little satellite dishes tracking every sound.
