Deaf Yoga Day was GRRRREEAAAT! This class has challenged me in a way that only allowed me to grow as a yoga teacher, but as a teacher of yoga for the Deaf as well. All participants were amazing, and it would be an honor to practice with them again.

Where: Perry Leisure Service (Multipurpose Room)
Time: 9am-10am
Audience: Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and Hearing Community

I will have enough props to accommodate 30 people.

We will have a certified interpreter and an amazing host, Brenda Curtis!

"I call myself 'The Traveling Yogi' because, without a doubt, I'm out here in the streets bringing yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️to the people! 😁 Today’s journey took me to Milledgeville, GA for a community health fair, and as always, I had the pleasure of connecting with incredible individuals from all walks of life.

Thanks to the menfolk I get to do life with, my husband, Jason E. Stephens, and my son, Wesley, for always being so willing to travel the journey with me.

Also, big thanks to Dr. Lashauna Hunt for the invitation. I truly appreciate the opportunity and look forward to the next health fair!"
