Stairs, deck, and rails were refurbished by replacing rotten wood and repairing stringers. A new coat of stain will make them appear brand new.

Basement remodel finished. Basement flooded and homeowner had pump system installed. I built the closets to hide pump system, repaired sheetrock, trim, and repainted.
