Tech tip Tuesday....guys do not use this oil or any 2 stroke oil like this in your outboard. Always use a good outboard oil. Cheap oil will cost you more in the long run!

1996 johnson 50/35hp jet drive. Came to me after another shop had it. After troubleshooting it, found CDI box not firing on top cylinder once it was above 3000 rpms. Replaced CDI and it runs like new again. Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their outboards! I look for to seeing you in 2021!

Off to a great start in 2021! Another pond mower complete! This is a Gatortail 37efi. Came to me after a few people tried fixing it. They replaced every fuel injection part on it and come to find out it was losing spark at higher RPMs. After diagnosing it, Replaced crank pickup sensor and it runs like new. I understand trying to fix things yourself but it can be very costly in the long run by just changing out parts. Give me a call if you have any questions about your outboard motors! 2000 115hp johnson bay boat. This boat had been sitting for 6 years! After pumping 50 gallons of bad gas out of it, rebuilding the carbs, fuel system, and a good tune up, I’m glad to say it runs like it was new! I really enjoy bringing these boats back to life so other people can enjoy the water as much as I have over the years! Thank you.

Guy brought his boat to me stating it has lost power. After checking it over, found 2 cylinders had no compression. This is the 6th classic mercury this year that was sent to the grave! Lol.

Tip!!!!!! If you are looking at buying a mercury, I recommend a 90s model or newer! In my opinion, The old classic Mercury’s are not reliable, not cost effective, and not built with very good parts. They have several common issues! Thanks everyone!

Here is a boat that I rebuilt and gave it a new life. Removed and placed with a newer motor, new cables and new control box! Also reinforce the transom and rebuilt the steering. It was a major project but I finally got it done. Thanks everyone.

1987 20hp I finished up. It turned out really nice to be 33 years old.
