Just finished another bathroom remodel. A day and a half of work, new tile, new toilet, and new vanity, and even a major subfloor repair from water damage, all for a total cost to homeowner of $1500.

I went over to my brothers house the other day because he called and said his electric bill had gone up over 50%. He lives in PPL territory, their rate cap came off Jan 1st and their bills were supposed to go up, but only 30%. Everyone that lives in PECO territory can expect this come Jan 1st 2011. If anyone is interestd, we offer simple affordable solutions to save you energy and money.

We are underway with our first bamboo furniturre job. I got an order for a bed and a desk from my Aunt who is trying to single handedly keep us a float. Keep an eye out for pics of the final product in the next month or so. Hopefully this is the start of a long line of bamboo furniture.
