Job Title: Landscape Laborer
Location: Perkasie, PA
Job Type: Full-Time/Seasonal
Reports To: Landscape Supervisor/ Foreman
Job Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Landscape Laborer to join our team to assist with the maintenance and installation of trees,shrubs, lawns, and hardscapes. This position requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work to create beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients while working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Planting & Installation: Help with planting trees, shrubs, annuals and perennials. Laying sod or turf.
Hardscape Construction: Assist with the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscapes.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate basic landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and other tools.
Customer Interaction: Provide courteous and professional service to clients when required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 pounds).
Knowledge of basic landscaping tools and equipment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:
Work hours may vary depending on the season, with longer hours during peak landscaping seasons.
Compensation:
Hourly wage: starting at $15 and up based on experience
Opportunities for overtime and advancement.

Aged flagstone patio. Salvaged flagstone being relaid in a new location. We also tied in the irregular stepping stone walkway and added a monster 6ft x 12ft slab where the barstools for a bar area off the workshop will be located. Worked on this over the winter, new plantings by pleasant valley farm and garden coming next week!

We've been working on this one for a while! Still some details on the grill island... thermal bluestone, techo bloc traventina walls. IPE grill island. All bullnosed step treads.
